Dr. Bushong is a compassionate neurological specialist who cares deeply about his patients. He started practicing at Chiropractic Associates in 1998 and decided to buy the practice in 2007.
In 2017, he rebranded the practice to Lancaster Brain & Spine Rehabilitation Center to better serve patients struggling with chronic pain through a full suite of specialist services under one roof.
He has extensive post-graduate education and experience in the fields of traumatic brain injury, post-concussion syndrome, balance disorders and migraines.
As Dr. Bushong cares about his patients’ well being first and foremost, he is always investing in new cutting-edge technology and bringing in other specialists when necessary to provide the best possible care.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Bushong likes to spend time with his wife, two children, one granddaughter and two dogs.

Dr. Hazlett is a musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation specialist, known for going above and beyond for his patients. He joined Dr. Bushong’s practice in 2013 to bring exercise rehabilitation expertise to the clinic.
In addition to completing over 300 hours of post-graduate studies in clinical neuroscience, Dr. Hazlett is a certified personal trainer. He has extensive post-graduate education and experience in neurological based disease and dysfunction of soft tissue lesions. He works closely with Dr. Bushong to provide customized treatment plans that best help his patients.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Hazlett likes to spend time with his wife and two young boys at the beach and outdoors — as well as rooting for all things Philadelphia sports. He played lacrosse during college and continues to stay active playing golf, hiking and playing sports with his kids.

Nazda joined our team in 2018 as one of our chiropractic assistants. She is a registered medical assistant with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Nazda has worked in pediatrics, orthopedics, surgery and general family medicine. She is bilingual and has been a great asset to our clinic by assisting in translating for patients when needed.
Camryn joined our team in 2017 as a chiropractic assistant. In 2020, she began working as a medical scribe in our office while also assisting the doctors. In 2021, Camryn took over the position of office administrator and has since been assisting with previous roles. She enjoys helping people with their insurance and makes sure everything runs smoothly around the office.
Madison joined our team in the spring of 2023 as a chiropractic assistant and medical scribe. She graduated from York College in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In the future, she plans on attending medical school to obtain her MD. She loves learning about human physiology and medical research.
Danielle is one of our licensed massage therapists here at Lancaster Brain & Spine. She joined our team in the fall of 2020. She offers many different massage styles for our patients including: Swedish, medical, pregnancy, therapeutic, deep tissue and Thai techniques. She also offers cupping as well as hot stone and hot bamboo massage. Please call our clinic if you would like to book with Danielle.
Jen joined our team in January 2022 as a chiropractic assistant. She has over 6 years of industry experience in several areas of the medical field. Jen enjoys getting to know our patients and being a part of their recovery. She is also excited to further develop her knowledge and understanding of the cutting edge treatments that Lancaster Brain & Spine has to offer here at our clinic.
Izzy joined our team in September 2024 as a chiropractic assistant. She is currently a student at Millersville University studying molecular biology. In the future, she plans to become a genetic counselor. She loves working in her research lab and interacting with patients.
